Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Our Policy

At COLORWHALE, we stand behind the quality and design of our products. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any items. All sales are final.

However, we understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Therefore, we offer exchanges for a different size or for another product of equal value, provided the conditions below are met.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@colorwhale.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]".
  • In the email, please include your full name, order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or item you would like to receive.
  • Our team will review your request and respond with approval and further instructions within 2 business days.
  • Please do not send any items back to us without receiving an exchange approval first.

3. Conditions for Exchange

For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for an exchange. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Handpainted or custom-made items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@colorwhale.com. Provide your order number and include photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will provide instructions for a replacement.
